His chart-topping collaboration with Drake, “One Dance,” stands as his most streamed track, boasting over 2 billion streams. Notably, “One Dance” secured a Guinness World Record as the first single to reach 1 billion streams on Spotify.

Wizkid’s deluxe edition of “Made In Lagos” ranks as his most streamed album, garnering approximately 1 billion streams.

Meanwhile, fellow Nigerian artist Burna Boy trails closely, having achieved 7.2 billion streams on Spotify, solidifying his position as the second most streamed African artist. Burna Boy also holds the distinction of being the most followed Afrobeats artist on the platform.

Dayo Amusa shared a heartfelt testimony on Tuesday, reflecting on the hardships she endured before becoming a mother. In a poignant Instagram post, Amusa, who welcomed her son Oluwafirewamiri Abdulrasheed in November 2024, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to share her story.

Amusa revealed that her path to motherhood was marked by significant challenges, including three devastating miscarriages and a 2015 diagnosis of uterine myomatosis, a condition that threatened her ability to conceive. Medical professionals advised her to undergo a hysterectomy, a prospect that seemed to dash her hopes of becoming a mother.

Despite these setbacks, Amusa’s determination and resilience ultimately led her to experience the joy of motherhood.
