celebrity drama going on! “Made in Yaba” is a phrase used by Ms DSF (a social media influencer) to mock her ex-lover, Skiibii (a musician), after he was accused of wearing a fake wristwatch. “Made in Yaba” is a playful way of suggesting that something is counterfeit or of poor quality, as Yaba is a popular market in Lagos known for selling affordable and sometimes fake products.

This public exchange is likely a result of a past relationship gone sour, and Ms DSF is using this opportunity to poke fun at Skiibii’s expense. Celebrity drama can be quite entertaining, but it’s important to remember that there are real people involved with feelings and reputations at stake!
