” So many people do not know Sky B and I (X-B) were musical groupies like Styl-Plus and Ajebo Hustlers.

I come from Akwa Ibom and I was his tenant living in a one room apartment in his father’s compound in Port Harcourt.

We recorded all songs together in the pray for me Album. If you listen carefully you will hear my name in almost all the intros.

I took the chorus of “My Baby” the hit song and the solo part.

We have recorded everything together and was hustling to get it wasked (the normal way of launching an album way back)

Sky B sold a piece of his father’s land and launched the music alone. It happened that someone who knows us as partners called me on the very day he was doing the album launch, asking me why I am not there with my man to celebrate our music.

I instantly burst into tears realising that I have been betrayed and stabbed from the back.

I was just a poor boy who is his tenant living in his house, every effort to reach him proved abortive as Sky B gave me a notice to leave his father’s house.

Nigerians and the world felt Sky B was the one who did the solo and rap in all his songs, but many Port Harcourt artistes who knew me and him together just saw him as an impostor trying to mimmick my role in his songs.

I left him to God to fight my battle and as you can see, it ended up in shame.

Sky B betrayed me, that betrayal lives on with him

Imagine Lucky Udu even trying to help him get back, created a Facebook page for him and he uses the Facebook page as collateral to take cr#ck on loan, who does that?

A foundation built on fra#d never stands, look and his life and see how be ended.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, on Monday, April 14, presented Peter Obumuneme Okoye, as its first witness against Jude Chigozie Okoye, his elder brother and former Manager of Paul and Peter Okoye, aka PSquare, before Justice A. Owoeye of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.

At the resumption of the court proceedings on Monday, April 14, Peter while being led in evidence by the prosecution counsel, Aso Larry’s Peters, said

“The group, P-Square started sometime in 1997. But in 2017, it was disbanded. We stayed apart for about five years. But in November 2021, the group came back. Before Jude became our Manager, we had several managers, including Chioma Ugochi, who managed us when we were in the secondary school and in the University; and the late Bayo Odusami of Mbuntu music, who managed us for five years.

Thereafter, my twin brother and I managed the band for a couple of months before we decided that he (Jude) would manage us and Northside Entertainment Limited.

So, we continued running our business. But we were always having issues about how he was running the business. The issues were mainly about the fact that he was the sole signatory to all our bank accounts in Ecobank, Zenith and FCMB.

These issues lasted for a couple of months. I didn’t have access to the accounts until the current Minister of Aviation, Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN, who was our lawyer, said we needed a sharing formula.”

While giving further evidence, he recalled an incident when the brothers were building their houses in Ikoyi, saying

“The funding of the house project was by Northwest Entertainment Ltd. But they just stopped financing my house for six months. The accounts were owned by the company, while Jude was the only signatory to all the accounts. At some, I approached him and my twin brother, Paul, to know why they stopped financing my project. But what I heard from them was “As you leave P-square, u leave the money’.

Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie, has kicked off the week with a passionate message to married men, urging them not to mistreat their wives in pursuit of temporary flings with side chicks.

In a post shared on her Instagram page, Edochie warned that many men often neglect the value of a committed wife while chasing fleeting pleasures, only to later regret their choices when the excitement fades with age.

“You don’t have to treat your wives badly because of a roaming side chick,” she wrote. “In the near future, age will drop on your side; only then will you realise the value of that poor woman you mistreated.”

Edochie emphasized the irreplaceable role a wife plays in a man’s life, describing her as a partner, friend, and confidante who stands by her husband through triumphs and trials. She advised men to nurture their relationships and remain committed to their marriages, rather than allowing outside temptations to erode the foundation of their homes.

Men, let’s get real: don’t trade the love, loyalty, and commitment of your wife for a fleeting affair. When the thrill fades with age—and it will—you’ll be left with regret,” she added.

Encouraging husbands to protect and strengthen their marriages, the actress stressed that while the future may be unpredictable, one’s commitment to their spouse should remain firm.

Don’t let anyone break what you share. Prioritise your relationship, cherish your wife, and invest in your marriage,” Edochie concluded.
