SUPREME COURT AND INEC HAS PLACED NIGERIA IN THE MAP OF GLOBAL SHAME! – Comrade Ndubuisi Benjamin

The damage that has been done with the
glaring hijack of INEC and the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal proceedings is
not likely to be undone soon.
An irreparable damage has been done to
Nigerian democracy by Supreme Court and
INEC.

Tinubu, Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan,
Godswill Obot Akpabio and Dave Umahi
totaly lack the moral values to discuss
democracy and rule of law enforcement
currently.

They are beneficiaries of undemocratic
processes and purchased Supreme Court judgements that overthrew all known
Constitutional and Electoral Act
precedents.

The Nigerian Supreme Court even treated
Tinubu electoral frauds and criminalities
better than INEC that bypass it’s electoral
guidelines.

An International certificate forger
corrupted INEC and Supreme Court to
stupor.
Nigerian laws does not envisaged legal
technicalities, but the current technical
judicial rulings are politically deliberate.
The absolute powers of INEC and the
Supreme Court judicial nullities will
continue to breed ONLY more corruptions.
The enormous powers of the INEC and that
of the Supreme Court will continue to be effortlessly abused.

Who is suppose to check INEC when it
bypass the Electoral Act and it’s own rules?
Who will deliver Nigerian electorates from
Nigerian Supreme Fraud of technicalities,
where 7men decide the Imo State Governor
technically and ineligibly?
And yet suppressed the ineligibility suit!
Nigeria has continued to witness a lot of threatening constitutional anomalies
recently.

The Plateau State police command has denied involvement in the investigation into the alleged hacking incident of VeryDarkMan’s NGO and diversion of N180 million from the account.

Reacting to the report made by VDM in a video shared on his social media, the spokesperson of the command, DSP Alabo Alfred, said the command has not received any report from the social critic and that the crime was not committed within their jurisdiction.

“The matter is not reported to us. We are not the ones handling the matter because the crime was not committed within our jurisdiction. If he said he is coming to Jos, that does not mean that we are the ones handling the case.

The crime happened in Abuja. So, he is not coming to Jos to report an incident that did not happen within our jurisdiction. If he reported the case at the Force CID level, it is the Force PRO who can speak about it.

If he reported the case at the FCT Command level, it would be a different thing. Of course, the Force PPRO can talk about it as well. If he can get police officers from where he reported the case, they can all come together to Jos and do their investigation.

After that, they can report back to where they came from and continue from there. But we can’t talk on a matter that did not happen within our jurisdiction” Alabo said

VDM in the video he released on Friday claimed that hackers diverted N180 million from his NGO’s account and that one of the hackers has been arrested in Jos, Plateau state. He stated that he was on his way to Jos with one of the detectives handling the matter.

PUBLIC NOTICE

MISUSE OF NAME, OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF POLICE

The Nigeria Police Force is concerned about the persistent unprofessional conduct of a few Police officers which undermines the standards and reputation of the Nigeria Police Force. Despite repeated warnings and disciplinary actions taken against those who have been exposed, some officers are still engaging in these shameful acts that erode public trust.

Even more alarming is the fraudulent use of the name and office of the Inspector-General of Police to perpetrate these illegal acts. The intention behind this tactic is to intimidate victims into believing that the IGP is aware, and approves of their illegal activities. As a result, victims are often deterred from reporting these incidents to higher authorities.

We urge members of the public to report any misconduct by Police Officers to their superiors, the Heads of the Complaint Response Units (CRU) in their states or the Commissioner of Police in the state. Contact information for the CRU in all states has been published previously.

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise caution when approached by officers or individuals claiming connections with the IGP or any senior officer for the purpose of influence or favour. In such instances, we urge you to immediately report such cases to the Nigeria Police Force via: DCP Akin Fakorede, Head, IGP Monitoring Unit, Force Headquarters, Abuja – 08184077076; ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Force Public Relations Officer, Force Headquarters, Abuja – 08037168147; CSP Taiwo Oyewale, Head, IGP Special Investigation Unit, Force Headquarters, Abuja – 08069318238; SP Sherriff Lawal, ADC (Aide-de-Camp) to the IGP – 08094712605.

The Nigeria Police Force assures all Nigerians of its commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. We encourage the public to collaborate with us by reporting any suspicious activities to ensure that justice and fairness prevail at all times.
