Nigerian Billionaire businessman, Tunde Ayeni has taken legal action against Adaobi Alagwu, sending a clear message that he’s off limits.

This new saga began in December 2023 when Adaobi’s representative made a controversial visit to her former office in Abuja, previously provided to her by Ayeni but later revoked. Claiming to retrieve her property, an air conditioner, Adaobi’s actions sparked outrage and led to Ayeni filing a petition for unlawful entry and trespassing.

Ayeni also wrote the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) to void any international passport presented by Adaobi Alagwu and her child, bearing his name.

Expressing his resolve to address the matter head-on, Ayeni emphasized, “I want this matter to be handled with every seriousness it deserves. I don’t want anything to be swept under the carpet.” Speaking through his lawyers, Ayeni made a direct plea to Adaobi, urging her to respect his privacy and refrain from further interference in his life.

“Please leave me alone, allow me to have my peace,” Ayeni conveyed to Adaobi. “I’m not interested in whatever you’re doing. Just stay away from me.”

Ayeni’s frustration was palpable as he addressed Adaobi’s actions, stating, “With the circumstances with which you were booted out of that property, if you had any iota of shame, you shouldn’t have gone back there for any reason.”

By filing a cease and desist injunction, Ayeni sends a clear message that he will not tolerate any further intrusion into his private affairs by Adaobi Jennifer Alagwu and her family.
