Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia has suspended Fidelis Mynin, the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
This action comes after Mynin participated in a lawsuit questioning the legality of the EFCC without obtaining the governor’s prior approval.
The suspension follows the Supreme Court’s decision to reserve judgment on Tuesday regarding a lawsuit brought by some states, including Benue, which challenges the constitutionality of the EFCC.
