Popular crossdresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, has denied bribery allegations made by social media influencer Martins Otse, aka VeryDarkMan.
In a viral audio, Otse claimed Bobrisky paid N15 million to unnamed EFCC operatives to drop money laundering charges.
The EFCC’s Head of Media, Dele Oyewale, announced that Chairman Ola Olukoyede has ordered an immediate investigation into the matter.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Bobrisky denied bribing EFCC officers to drop money laundering charges, stating that he served his jail term.
He dismissed the viral audio as fake and urged the public to ignore claims that he was never in prison. Bobrisky wrote, “I didn’t pay any EFCC money… I served my term in full. Discard any false information.”
