Finally, the controversies engulfing the Imo State Local Government Area elections slated for Saturday 21st September 2024, have been rested as National Newsblast Newspaper investigative politics reporter authoritatively gathered that any moment from now, the Chairman of Imo State Independent Electoral Commission ,SIEC, Chief Charles Ejiogu, will announce the postponement for obvious constitutional reasons.
It would be recalled that the September 2 to 8, 2024 edition of National Newsblast Newspaper featured a banner headline titled Why Imo LGA Polls Can’t Hold Before October 7.
