Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). The NCC has ordered the immediate reactivation of all phone lines affected by the NIN-SIM verification process.
This means that phone users who were unable to link their National Identity Number (NIN) to their SIM cards and had their lines suspended or blocked will now have their services restored.
