A Kano State High Court has granted an order to serve APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, and others with court documents in a bribery and misappropriation case.
Ganduje, his wife, son, and several others are charged with eight counts of bribery, misappropriation, and diversion of public funds totaling billions of naira.
The court granted the order for substituted service after the defendants failed to appear in court, allowing the documents to be published in two national daily newspapers.
