Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has described the planned protest against President Bola Tinubu as “politically motivated” .
Wike urged Nigerians to be patient with the administration and not resort to protest despite the current hardship.
Planned Protest Scheduled for August 1
Nigerians are set to protest against the biting hunger and hardship under Tinubu’s administration on August 1.
However, Wike believes that all challenges facing the country cannot be resolved in one day.
Tinubu’s Administration Working to Deliver
Wike assured that the government is doing everything possible to deliver the dividends of democracy in the shortest time possible.
President Tinubu has also urged Nigerians to reconsider the planned protest .
