Breaking: The High Court Benin has today 20th December, 2024 granted the application to restore the Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Local Govt Councils, Edo State back to their positions & for the defendants (EDSG, Governor, Edo State, Attorney General of Edo State, et al) not to give effect to the House of Assembly resolution purportedly suspending them.
