As Fuel Price Skyrockets in different Parts of Nigeria, Commuters and business men living in Egbu Owerri have expressed dissatisfaction over the withdrawal of buses from the Roads.
Our Correspondent in Owerri, gathered that the bus drivers have refused to ply the Roads reasons because they can now hardly get any profit after buying an exuberant fuel price, they said “ Fuel is now 1000per liter in all the fuel Stations, and it’s of no use plying the roads and making no profit at the end of the day, therefore they have declared to protest”.

A businessmen living in Egbu known as Favour who sales Laptops at Tetlow Owerri, said he had trekked to work since he was working in Owerri the State Capital.
The Bus Drivers are calling on the Federal Government to please come to their Aide, as transport business is now taking a wrong look in the state and all over Nigeria.
They seek that fuel price should be reduced in other to cushion the hardship and reduce Hike in transport fare.
