The Leadership and members of Owerri Municipal APC extends their heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Ernest Ibejiako (Nwa Ndaa) on his appointment as Commissioner in the administration of the esteemed Governor of Imo State, Dist.Sen Hope Uzodimma(CON).
