Governor Fubara shared this revelation during the swearing-in ceremony of six new Permanent Secretaries in the Rivers State Civil Service, emphasizing that their appointments were based on their commitment to duty.
The Governor urged the new Permanent Secretaries to uphold these values to elevate the State Civil Service to unparalleled heights and establish it as a benchmark for excellence nationwide.
