The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has issued a public notice regarding the upcoming e-Auction of vehicles subject to final forfeiture orders.
The anti-graft agency disclosed this in a tweet on Monday morning.
The vehicles will be sold in compliance with the EFCC (Establishment) Act, 2004, the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery & Management) Act, 2022.
This auction will be managed by the EFCC’s appointed Auctioneers.
Interested members of the public are encouraged to refer to the attached images for further details on the vehicles available for bidding.
The EFCC said it will continue to take decisive actions in its fight against corruption, promoting transparency and accountability in Nigeria.
