On this joyous occasion of Children’s Day, I am delighted to extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to all the wonderful children of our state.

First, I must express my deepest gratitude to our esteemed Governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, for his unwavering commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for you to flourish. His visionary leadership has ensured that you have access to the essential amenities that support your growth and development.

To all the young hearts of Imo State, you are the beacon of hope and the architects of our future. As young ambassadors, you embody the dreams and aspirations of our community. I urge each of you to embrace this responsibility with pride and integrity. Show kindness, compassion, and respect to everyone you meet. Remember, your actions and words have the power to shape the world around you. Be curious, creative, and strive for excellence in everything you do.

In alignment with the values of our esteemed Governor, I encourage you to support the Government of Hope Uzodimma by shunning violence, respecting your parents or guidances, and excelling in your legitimate endeavors. By doing so, you contribute to a peaceful and prosperous Imo State.

As a person of faith, I believe in the power of prayer. Today, I offer a special prayer for each of you. May you be blessed with good health, wisdom, and the strength to overcome any challenges you may face. May your dreams come true, and may you grow up to be compassionate individuals who make positive contributions to our state and the world.

Enjoy this special day, have fun, and cherish the moments with your loved ones. Happy Children’s Day!

With warm regards,

Hon. MacDonald Ebere,PhD
