Senator Remi Tinubu, the First Lady, made a courtesy visit to Minna, Niger State, on Tuesday, February 4, to pay her respects to two former Nigerian leaders. Her first stop was the residence of General Ibrahim Babangida, where she spent about 35 minutes in a private meeting. The First Lady also visited General Abdulsalami Abubakar at his nearby residence.
Upon arrival at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport in Minna, Senator Tinubu was warmly received by Niger State Governor, Umaru Mohammed Bago, and his wife, Fatima Bago. Her visit was a demonstration of respect and courtesy to the esteemed former leaders.
