Governor Babagana Umara Zulum of Borno State has expressed concern that some Boko Haram leaders might have escaped from prison due to the recent flooding in the state.
The flood, which was caused by the collapse of the Alau Dam, has affected several areas, including the Giwa Barracks, where Boko Haram suspects are being held.
