Nick Imudia, the former CEO of Konga, one of Nigeria’s leading e-commerce companies, has tragically taken his own life.
Imudia reportedly jumped from the balcony of his apartment in Lekki, Lagos State, on the evening of Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
Prior to the incident, he made a call to his brother in the United States to discuss the distribution of his assets and also spoke to his young daughter, assuring her that he would always be with her.
The news has left friends, family, and associates in shock, as they struggle to understand the reasons behind his actions.
Imudia, a native of the Ika South Local Government Area in Delta State, had been previously married, but the marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.
The incident was confirmed by the state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, who stated, “Yes, it is true. He committed the act on June 25.”
