Governor Alex Otti Rejigs His Team, Swears In New Commissioners.
The Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, on Wednesday, swore in the six new Commissioners appointed by him.
The Governor reminded the new Commissioners that his administration frowns at acts capable of tarnishing the image of the Government, and made it clear that his government had since rejected the traditional recruitment pattern of filling strategic government offices with cronies who do very little in terms of execution of businesses of governance and promised to intensify efforts geared making life comfortable for Abians.
The Six new Commissioners which included, Professor Ogbonnaya Uche, Mr David Kalu, Kingsley Chibueze Nwokocha, Dr. Uwaoma Ukandu, Dr. Mrs Queen Ijeoma Aghukwa, and Ubochi Goodluck Chinedu were sworn at the Banquet Hall Government House Umuahia.
