Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has approved the reconstitution of the Governing Council for Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori. The announcement was made on August 27, 2024, by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Tammy Wenike Danagogo.
The Chairman and members of the Council are as follows:
(1) Prof. Roseline Konya – Chairman
(2) Chief Monday Lette Akpa – Member
(3) Dr. Emmanuel Gogo-Nte – Member
(4) Barr. Tonia Alaputa – Member
(5) Mr. Nnamdi C. Ake – Member
(6) Dr. Engr. Lucky Amadi – Member
(7) Ego Kpaniku – Member
(8) Alabo Christian Finebone – Member
This reconstitution is part of the government’s efforts to bolster the management and academic integrity of the institution. The move is expected to enhance the Polytechnic’s administration and ensure the institution continues to deliver on its mandate of providing quality technical and vocational education in the state.
