GTBank is upgrading its core banking application system to improve service delivery and customer experience.
The upgrade will start on October 11 and last until October 14, affecting both in-branch and digital banking operations.
– _Branch Closure:_ All GTBank branches will close at noon on October 11 and reopen at 9:00 a.m. on October 14.
– _Digital Banking:_ While some digital banking services like transfers, bill payments, and airtime/data purchases will still be available, other functionalities will be limited for 11 hours, from 10:00 p.m. on October 13 to 9:00 a.m. the next morning.
– _Alternative Arrangements:_ Customers are advised to plan their transactions ahead of the scheduled shutdown and avoid banking activities between Friday afternoon and Monday morning to prevent disruptions
The bank assures that this upgrade is part of its commitment to enhancing customer interactions through advanced technology.
