Bin Norman of Abia state have accused the Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Governor Alex Otti over documents he heed from Abians pertaining N10bn misappropriation of funds by the past administration, in his disclosure he posted the documents on Facebook countering Governor Otti quest to audit his successor in his words he said “Why did Governor Alex Otti hide this letter and documents from the public? Are we still looking for N10bn?
