Orji Uzor Kalu, the senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, has come out to debunk rumors surrounding his death, stating clearly that he’s very much alive and didn’t go for any medical checkup

This clarification is necessary given his history with health and legal issues.

As a prominent Nigerian politician and businessman, Kalu has been in the public eye for years, serving as governor of Abia State from 1999 to 2007 and later becoming the chairman of SLOK Holding and newspapers like Daily Sun and New Telegraph.

It’s worth noting that Kalu has faced significant challenges, including a conviction in 2019 for corruption, which was later nullified by the Supreme Court in 2020.

Despite these controversies, Kalu remains an influential figure in Nigerian politics. His dismissal of the death rumors reassures his supporters and the public that he’s active and engaged in his duties.
