The Imo State Government has vowed to recover all government lands that were illegally acquired by individuals or organizations.
The government has set up a committee to identify and recover these lands, which were allegedly taken by past administrations.
Some of the individuals affected by the recovery include former governor Rochas Okorocha and his in-laws, as well as others who allegedly acquired government lands illegally.
The government has also ordered the revocation of all lands that were illegally acquired and has directed the commissioner to query the IMSU VC over alleged infractions.
