Imo State University, Owerri, will commence the registration for the 2024/2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise on Thursday, 1st August 2024. The registration period will end on Friday, 23rd August 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
1. *First Choice Candidates:*
– Candidates must have chosen Imo State University as their first choice of institution.
– A minimum score of 170 in the UTME (JAMB score) is required.
2. *Non-First Choice Candidates:*
– Candidates who did not initially choose IMSU but scored 170 or above in the UTME can also apply. However, they must apply for a change of institution and make IMSU their first choice before the Post-UTME registration closes.
3. *O-Level Results:*
– Candidates with awaiting O-Level results should upload their results to the JAMB portal as soon as they are released.
– Note: Candidates who fail to upload their O-Level results to the JAMB portal will not be considered for admission.
4. *Direct Entry Candidates:*
– Candidates must hold an OND/HND, First Degree, A-Level, or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
– Ensure that all qualifying results are uploaded to the JAMB portal.
