Kanye West’s legal troubles are mounting as a new lawsuit has been filed against him by former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, accusing him of sexual harassment, assault, and wrongful termination.
On June 3, Pisciotta, who worked for West for two years, filed a lawsuit claiming that West sent her sexually explicit messages and exhibited inappropriate behavior during her employment.
West has not yet responded publicly to these allegations.
Hired by West in 2015 to work on his Yeezy Season 1 women’s fashion line and later on his 2021 album “Donda,” Pisciotta was appointed as West’s Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant in July 2021 with a promised salary of $1 million per year, requiring her to be available around the clock.
Before joining West full-time, Pisciotta earned $1 million through content creation on OnlyFans and social media.
West initially supported her work, calling her an “OnlyFans superstar.” Still, in August 2022, he demanded she delete her OnlyFans account and become “God-like,” promising to pay her $1 million a promise she never fulfilled.
Pisciotta is seeking at least $4 million in damages for breach of contract, a hostile work environment, and sexual harassment.
