Kenya’s President William Ruto has removed the budgets for the Offices of First Lady, Second Lady and dissolved 47 agencies amid protests.
He has suspended non-essential travel for Government Workers, and buying new cars for them.
He has reduced his number of Advisers by half.
With these changes there’s no urgent need to increase tax and take new loans in the immediate.
