Lithuania is strengthening its borders with the Russian Federation. It has installed “dragon’s teeth” on bridges on the border with the Kaliningrad region.

Anti-tank barriers have appeared on the Panemune-Sovetsk bypass bridge, not far from the border with Russia, Defense Minister Laurynas Kasciunas said.

He said the army had reinforced several crossings on the Neman River. For several months, Lithuania has been increasingly fearful of its powerful and dangerous neighbor.

Since the beginning of the Russian offensive on Ukraine, Lithuania, which does not have many resources, has been investing more and more in its own defense. And in the face of the threat, the country is investing in drones, which demonstrate their effectiveness every day.

Moreover, in the suburbs of Vilnius, military instructors are teaching ordinary civilians how to handle drones. The country is preparing and fearing the worst.
