The football federations of Morocco, Portugal, and Spain have submitted a joint bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

The bid book, officially presented to FIFA President Gianni Infantino in Paris, outlines a vision for a tournament that bridges cultures and continents.

The bid, dubbed “YallaVamos,” aims to promote football globally and leave a lasting legacy in sustainability, innovation, and social impact.

If successful, it would mark the first time the men’s FIFA World Cup is held across two continents.

The bid book outlines the technical planning, including transportation, accommodation, and security arrangements, as well as the proposed host cities and stadiums.

FIFA will make a final decision on the host country on December 11, 2024.

President Infantino praised the bid, saying, “Your three countries have already given a lot to football… It’s fantastic that you united two continents in the dream to organise the FIFA World Cup!”

Leaders from the three bidding federations emphasized their shared vision, commitment to sustainability, and desire to unite people worldwide through football.
