Erling Haaland is on track to make history by becoming the first player to win back-to-back PFA Player of the Year awards, with the Manchester City striker nominated for the prestigious honor alongside teammates Phil Foden and Rodri.

Haaland’s incredible goal-scoring form, which saw him net 38 times in all competitions, was instrumental in City’s record-breaking fourth consecutive Premier League title.

The Norwegian sensation won the award last season and will be looking to repeat the feat.

Rodri and Foden, key contributors to City’s success, have also been recognized for their outstanding performances.

They face stiff competition from Chelsea’s Cole Palmer, Arsenal’s Martin Odegaard, and Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins.

In the women’s category, Chelsea and Manchester City players dominate the shortlist, with the winners to be announced at the PFA Awards ceremony on August 20.
