The Court of Appeal in Abuja, on Thursday, declared Usman Ododo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the duly elected governor of Kogi state.
In a ruling, the three-member justices’ panel concurred with the state election tribunal’s decision that the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and their gubernatorial candidate, Murtala Ajaka, were unable to sufficiently substantiate all the claims in their petition beyond a reasonable doubt.
