President Bola Tinubu has reportedly directed the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje to convene a meeting of the National Executive Committee, NEC of the party.
This was contained in a letter signed by his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, dated August 9th.
The meeting according to the letter should be scheduled between September 8th and September 19th, 2024.
Tinubu also directed that the agenda of the NEC meeting include amongst others the consideration of a date for non-elective convention to be held before the end of the year, 2024.
