Uzodimma Appoints New Board Members for Imo State Institutions

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has appointed new board members for several state institutions.

According to reports gathered by Ekwutosblog, the institutions affected include Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri; Imo State University Teaching Hospital (IMSUTH), Orlu; Judicial Service Commission (JSC); Imo State University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (UAES), Umuagwo; and Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (ISOPADEC).

The new board members, who were appointed in a letter transmitted to the Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Chike Olemgbe, include:

– Prof. Fr. Philip Anyaehie Ogbonna as Chairman of IMSU
– Emmanuel Ogueri as Chairman of IMSUTH
– Barr. Louis M. Alozie, SAN, as a member of JSC
– Prof. Nelson Alinno as Chairman of UAES
– Prof. Eze Dele Odigbo as Chairman of ISOPADEC

Governor Uzodimma has solicited the approval and confirmation of the nominees by the Imo State House of Assembly.
