On Tuesday, X user James shared that his colleague, the father of the quadruplets, frequently expresses his struggles on his WhatsApp status regarding the financial burden of caring for his babies.
According to James, Mr. Olayode and his wife already had two children when their desire to expand their family by one unexpectedly led to a quadruplet birth.
The economic challenges have made caring for four babies a daunting and financially exhausting task for an average Nigerian family.
As of press time, the couple has received over N16 million and the donations continue to pour in.
